Terms & Conditions PEAK SEASON

All reservations for stays within this period will only be confirmed:

  • Once a 50% deposit is received.
  • This 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, non-arrival, date changes, early departure, or reduced nights.
  • A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights applies to all bookings during these dates
  • Bookings that do not meet the minimum-night requirement may be declined or adjusted to comply.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to arrival (or on arrival, subject to the property?s payment policy), and failure to pay the deposit or balance by the required deadline may result in the booking being cancelled without further notice.

  • Our rates still include bed and breakfast
  • We can also provide a 2 course dinner on request at R190.00 per person per meal (main and dessert)
  • Lunchbox: a nutritional lunchbox can be provided for you (on request) @ R145.00

Cancellation Policy
  • More than 14 days prior to arrival : 0% cancellation fee
  • More than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
  • In case of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
  • On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will refund the applicable amount. Please note that a 5% administration fee will be levied on any refunds processed.
